COMMENTS: I've never seen the supposed first sleeve with Modern Physics on it (I'm not saying it doesn't exist though). Got this from the band right when it was released in 1980. These tracks were featured on the Killed By Death compilations #12 and #18. You will never find a better copy of this rare gem.
