Robinson, guitarist and vocalist known as Alvin 'Shine' Robinson on only LP we aware of, compiled by Charly Records.  Infectious N.O. soul & R&B singer.  One of finest.  Can be heard on LP "Naturally" with friend and colleague Jesse Hill.  Some unforgettable takes such as "Bottom of My Soul" and "Down Home Girl", Something You Got" "Searchin" a taste of the Caribbean flavor that is intrinsic to New Orleans  (on edge of Caribbean basin) heard in previously unpublished "Wake Up  And Face Reality", tremendous ballad "Truly".
