WELCOME BACK TO DEKE'S VAULTS. IT'S BEEN A WHILE. SEE MY OTHER ITEMS.
HERE WE GO:
TITLE :  LED ZEPPELIN 3 LABEL: ATLANTIC - 2401002 YEAR: 1970
CONDITION: (ACCORDING TO RECORD COLLECTOR GUIDELINES. IF YOU'RE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE RC GRADING SYSTEM, PLEASE SEE BELOW, ESPECIALLY IF A RECORD IS DESCRIBED AS "GOOD" OR "FAIR".)
Record Collector's Grading System Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc... Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. Bad: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
LABEL - VERY GOOD. (MINOR CREASING BUT THE SPINE IS PERFECT.)
VINYL - GOOD.   (SIDE TWO LOOKS FINE AND PLAYS WELL, WITH A FEW SMALL TICKS; SIDE ONE HAS SOME BIG SCRAPES THAT MAKE LITTLE DIFFERENCE TO THE PLAYBACK. SOME CLICKS BETWEEN TRACKS AND ON TRACK 4, BUT NO SKIPS.)  THIS RECORD  WAS PLAYED CAREFULLY, FOR A THOROUGH GRADING.
"DO WHAT THOU WILT" AND "SO MOTE IT BE" SCRATCHED INTO THE RUNOUT GROOVE." PRODUCED BY JIMMY PAGE.  EXEC PRODUCER: PETER GRANT - ON LABEL.
MANY OF MY GRADINGS ARE MADE VISUALLY, BUT ALL RECORDS WITH A VALUE OF MORE THAN ABOUT TEN POUNDS ARE PLAYED CAREFULLY.

SO, NOW  A FEW WORDS ABOUT DEAR OLD DEKE - ME.  I'VE BEEN ON EbAY FOR ABOUT TEN + YEARS NOW, AND STILL HAVE 100% FEEDBACK RECORD.  AS I'D LIKE TO KEEP IT THAT WAY I'D ASK YOU TO CONTACT ME IF YOU THINK I'VE MADE A MISTAKE IN ANY TRANSACTION BEFORE GOING DOWN THAT OLD NEGATIVE HIGHWAY. EVERY NOW AND THEN AN ERRANT POSTMAN WILL DELIVER YOUR PARCEL TO YOUR UNSCRUPULOUS NEIGHBOUR, WHO MAY KEEP IT. THAT'S NOT MY FAULT, ALTHOUGH I KNOW THAT EbAY ALWAYS MAKE DECISIONS ON THE SIDE OF THE BUYER.  "THE VENDOR IS ALWAYS WRONG" IS THEIR MOTTO. I LIVE CLOSE TO A SMALL POST OFFICE, SO I ALWAYS POST SAME/ NEXT DAY, DEPENDING ON WHAT TIME OF DAY YOU PAY. YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR STUFF PRETTY SHARPISH.  YES,  YOU CAN TRUST DEAR OLD DEKE -  ASK MY WIFE.  ON SECOND THOUGHTS, ASK MY SON.
