=================== Notes on Grading (vintage): ————————— Grading done in line with the most commonly international accepted definition for the grading of condition of vintage vinyl records:
SS Still Sealed (Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever)
EX- Excellent condition (opened and played, but no damage) VG+ Very Good Plus (scuff marks and signs of wear but plays almost perfectly throughout with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops and a slight noise at the beginning - typical of vintage records in good condition) VG Very Good (May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to) G+ Good Plus (May have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener)
Scuffs ——— A scuff is a mark on the record which hasn't etched deeply in to the grooves of the record. Lightly scuffed records usually play close to mint. Heavily scuffed records usually play closer to what experts call "VG" or "VG-".  Moderately scuffed records usually play between VG or VG+.
Scratches ———— A scratch is evidence of real damage to the surface of the record. Scratches almost always affect how a record plays. There are some records manufactured with deep grooves where the needle will drop in to the groove below the scratch and the scratch will not be heard. =============== Postage: —— Recently a few buyers have claimed that their item hasn't arrived. From now on all items will be sent Signed For. Postage rates have gone up and all records that sell for more than £20 will be sent signed for.
