The Beatles - I'll Cry Instead b/w Happy Just Dancing 45RPM 7" vinyl single

Record has some light marks/scuffs, but both sides sound very good - no skips or scratchy sections.  Sleeve is pretty nice also, with a  few minor issues:

1 - Personal address label stuck to one side
2 - Sleeve is beginning to separate (about 2" long - can be reglued, though)
3 - Pencil marks on the white printed section
4 - 2 tiny tears (less than 1/2" long) and minor edge wear

Vinyl is in VG+ condition, as is the original picture sleeve.
