On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Pink Floyd called "Dark Side Of The Moon" and is an ORIGINAL 1973 UK 1st Pressing on the ULTRA RARE 1st Press 'Solid Blue Triangle' Harvest label!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF PINK FLOYD'S RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL, IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES THAT ALL LATER PRESSINGS SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  THIS LP HAS SOME INCREDIBLE DIFFERENCES (INCLUDING THE COVER, INNER, STICKERS, POSTERS, LABELS, MATRIXES & INSERTS!) THAT ALL LATER ONES DONT HAVE - AND IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO EXAMINE THEM IN GREAT DETAIL!!!!  THIS LP WAS ONLY EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS FOR AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF TIME ONLY - AND WAS CHANGED STRAIGHT AFTER RELEASE!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS ONE OF THE ULTIMATE PINK FLOYD RARITIES AND INCREDIBLY SOUGHT AFTER!!!!  I WILL NOW EXPLAIN WHAT MAKES THIS LP SO AMAZINGLY RARE - AND ALSO SHOW THAT EVERY SINGLE PART OF THIS LP HAS BEEN TOGETHER (WITH NO PARTS 'SWOPPED'!) SINCE THE DAY IT WAS MADE BACK IN 1973!!!! 

FIRSTLY THE MATRIXES ON THE RECORD, ARE THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS MATRIXES - ENDING IN A2/B2 (LATER ONES DONT!)!!!!  SECONDLY THE LABELS ALSO HAVE THE CORRECT 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' LABEL EDGE TEXT (LATER PRESSINGS HAD THIS CHANGED THIS TO 'EMI RECORDS' TEXT INSTEAD!)!!!!  THIRDLY THE RECORD LABELS HAVE THE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLID LIGHT BLUE' TRIANGLE ON BOTH SIDES - WHICH WAS IMMEDIATELY CHANGED TO THE COMMON 'TRANSPARENT' TRIANGLE (WHICH APPEARS ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS!) AS THE TEXT WAS HARD TO READ (AND IT DIDNT MATCH THE COVER!)!!!!  FOURTHLY THE STICKERS HAVE 'BROWN LINES' & 'FASPRINT CRACKBACK' ON THE REVERSE (LATER ONES DONT!).  FIFTHLY, THE INNER IS OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS TYPE - BEING BLACK, 'DIE-CUT', TEXTURED, 'POLY LINED' AND HAVING 'SILVER' PATENTS PRINT ON ONE SIDE (LATER ONES DONT!)!!!!  AND LASTLY THE COVER IS ALSO A 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS COVER TOO - BEING DARK BLUE (INSTEAD OF THE LATER BLACK!) & IS FLAT 'FACTORY SEALED' AT ONE END (LATER ONES ARENT!) - WHERE ONE OPENING ON THE COVER WAS GLUED SHUT AT THE FACTORY BACK IN 1973!!!!  AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INDEED!!!!  BECAUSE ONLY A TINY HANDFUL OF THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS COVERS ONLY - WERE EVER PRESSED WITH A DARK BLUE COLOURED COVER - BEFORE BEING ALMOST IMMEDIATELY CHANGED TO A JET BLACK COVER INSTEAD!!!! AND IN FACT - THEY ARE EVEN RARER THAN THE ACTUAL 'SOLD BLUE TRIANGLE' RECORDS THEMSELVES - AS THE COLOUR ON THE COVER WAS CHANGED EVEN BEFORE THE 1ST PRESSING RUN ENDED!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS AMAZING LP THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!!

BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP EVEN RARER STILL - IS THAT IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSING!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'FACTORY SAMPLE' 1ST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN A FEW HUNDRED COPIES ONLY!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY EMI / HARVEST THEMSELVES (FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES), SENT TO RADIO STATIONS OR REVIEWERS AT THE TIME (FOR PROMOTION), OR VERY OCCASSIONALLY ONE WAS GIVEN OUT TO 'IMPORTANT VISITORS' TO THE FACTORY - SUCH AS PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS FOR EXAMPLE!!!!  THEY WERE NEARLY ALWAYS ONE OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS EVER MADE (AS IN THIS CASE!) - AND ARE NOW ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  AND WITH THIS ONE I HAVE FIRST RATE PROVENANCE - AS THE 1 PREVIOUS OWNER WAS A HIGH RANKING PRODUCER (WHO WORKED FOR MANY RADIO STATIONS IN THE 1960s & EARLY 1970s, AND LATER WENT ON TO PRODUCE ACTUAL LPs IN THE 1970s AND 1980s!).  SO IN THIS CASE I CAN CATEGORICALLY STATE THAT THIS 'FACTORY SAMPLE' IS 100% GENIUNE IN ALL RESPECTS!!!!  BARELY ANY 'FACTORY SAMPLE' PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND IS 100% COMPLETE WITH 2 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS POSTERS & 2 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS STICKERS AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SILVER TEXT' BLACK INNER SLEEVE!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1973 UK 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLID LIGHT BLUE TRIANGLE' HARVEST LABEL, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS BLACK 'TEXTURED' DIE-CUT 'POLY LINED' SILVER TEXT 'PATENTS' INNER SLEEVE, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS A2/B2 MATRIX ENDINGS, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' EDGE TEXT, 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS POSTERS & STICKERS, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'DARK BLUE' GATEFOLD 'GARROD & LOFTHOUSE' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Harvest UK 1st Pressing from 1973 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The Cat. No is SHVL 804 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Solid Light Blue Triangle' Harvest label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HASNT BEEN PLAYED THAT MUCH AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty concentric marks AT ALL, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, only 2 TINY hairlines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK - AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO skips, only a VERY few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and as with most copies of this LP, only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  Importantly there are NO jumps on the track 'Money' (most do!) - with this track (and the rest of the LP!) playing BRILLIANTLY!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB, with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Black, Textured, Die-Cut, 'Silver Text', Poly Lined Patents inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition - with NO edge splits, and NO writing!!!!  The inside of the inner is also still FULLY 'poly-lined' - though if you look inside (this is NOT visible from the outside!) there is a small area where the previous owner has re-glued the poly-lining of the inner to keep it in place (again this is NOT visible on the outside of the inner - which still looks BRILLIANT!)!!!!  THE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 2 POSTERS AND 2 STICKERS ARE IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT  CONDITION (with just 2 or 3 creases on 1 sticker from sitting inside the cover across the gatefold) AND CLEARLY HAVENT EVER LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The ULTRA RARE 'Earliest' 1st Press 'Dark Blue' Gatefold 'Stickered' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO splits, NO edge wear (apart from some almost INVISIBLE 'touching in' traces!), NO sticker marks, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO sticker tears, only some very VERY light general rubbing (this is VERY light indeed!), only the VERY faintest touch of ringwear on the reverse, NO annotations, NO writing impressions, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), only some very VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corners, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing, NO ringwear, NO grubbyness, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good+ if not better - and is a very VERY decent looking cover indeed!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING WITH 'SOLID BLUE TRIANGLE' (WITH EVERY SINGLE PART BEING CORRECT!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
