ONE IS IN A PLASTIC WALLET, THE OTHER IS IN A BROWN PAPER ENVELOPE WITH A WAX SEAL. THE ENVELOPE HAS BEEN CAREFULLY SLIT TO SEE CONTENTS AT THE TOP OF THE ENVELOPE BUT, THE WAX SEAL IS THEREFORE LEFT INTACT
