Rating Policy:

M (Mint) - Record is new, shiny, never played.

NM (Near Mint) - Record is like new, probably played a few times, but there are no effects on the quality of sound.

EX (Excellent) - Record is in great shape, may have light marks, played more than a few times but low in surface noise or no surface noise.

VG+ (Very Good Plus) - Record has been played more than a few times, it has more marks and surface noise, it doesn't skip.

VG (Very Good) - Record has been played many times, it has visible marks and more surface noise but it shouldn't skip while playing.

G+ (Good Plus) - The same as a VG but has skips on one or two songs.

G (Good) - Record is in bad condition, this is good for archive only and to have only until you find one in better condition.

About Me:

I have been selling records for about 2 years here on eBay.  I started selling records about 5 years ago when a friend came into a very large collection and knowing my love of vinyl records, asked me to help.  We became partners after categorizing and researching the records (which took a couple of years) we began selling the records on various sites and eventually here on  eBay under the user name CJ Vinyl with 100% feedback rating.  Our partnership ended when I moved and the distance was too much to be cost effective.  However, I continue to grow my own personal collection and have recently begun to sell records that I come across that I already own or that I know there is a demand for when I have time to list them.  I try to be as thorough as possible because I too am a lover of music and know how disappointing it can be to get a record that was not as described therefore if you receive a record that you feel I didn't adequately describe, please give me a chance to make it right.  We are all human after all and mistakes happen, it's how we handle those mistakes that defines our character.

Shipping & Handling:

Records will be shipped in white boxes specifically designed for 12" records.  All other size records will be shipped in boxes/envelopes made to protect them as much as possible.  The record(s) will be removed from its cover(s).  Record will be placed in plastic cover.  I ship all auctions/listings within 24 hours (1 business day) of completed and verified payment.  Record(s) will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.  All sales are charged by USPS Calculated Rate.  I charge $.50 cents to cover the tracking fee of $.23 cents and fees from eBay for shipping.  I don't believe in making money on shipping.  Please contact us if you’d like other shipping arrangements.

Return Policy:

I will gladly accept returns and pay for the shipping of items not accurately described. On all other returns, there is a restocking fee of 20%. Returns will NOT be accepted for conditions specified in the listing, so please make sure to read the description before purchasing, bidding or making a best offer.
