The cover is made from a single sheet of wrap-around cardboard with the seam arcoss the inner top edge of the cover.Brick wall. Some copies were issued with a transparent title insert on the front cover that says (in black Scarfe lettering): "Pink Floyd The Wall." . Inner Sleeves : [] [] [] [] Heavy cardboard inner sleeves with rounded corners and a nine-inch thumb notch at the top. Sides 2 and 4 have the catalog number (SHDW 411), pressing number (OC-158 63410), and the record number (SHSP 4111) in the lower right corner. Wall picture labels. Text around the top edge of the label starts at 7 o'clock and says:
