This Lp has been well looked after, one careful owner! Bought new and hardly played, recorded to mini-disc. Sorry pictures are dark , you won't be disappointed!! Vinyl is clean, in pictures its just surface particles. Some people would call this Near Mint and if you never look in the sun it will be. Sunlight will show everything.  
VINYL:  EX++  There are very few light/fine surface scratches in bright sunlight One side has a more than the other 3. Looks MINT/Stunning in normal loight Plays perfectly, like new Has  No spindle marks.
SLEEVE:  EX++ Very Minimal Wear to edges Spine clean except a few crease lines and storage dents, not radical ones! Front clean except crease to bottom right corner, mostly a light crease, worse at bottom edge Back, clean
INNER SLEEVE: NR MINT  Original  Printed Inners, look new
MATRIX: V 2801 A-01-01-1 etc(all similar first pressing matrix)
