I'm the original owner of this record. The jacket, sleeve, songbook, and booklet are all NM+ without and bends, tears, or wear. They look new. The record is VG+ with just a few light surface scuffs from sliding in and out of the sleeve. It has been played no more than 4 times on a high end system and has been cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine.
