Phish / Farmhouse , Elektra records 62521-1, original issue from 2000. Cover grades VG+, light edge and corner wear. Vinyl has not been cared for very well unfortunately, visible marks plus a few skips on the tracks Farmhouse and Twist on side one. Side two plays with no skips or sticks. Due to condition I must give the vinyl a grade of G+ because of the skips, the rest of the lp plays fine and would receive a VG grade due to the marks. Please be aware of the condition of this record before bidding as I will not accept returns due to the skips I have stated in the description. This is a very rare and hard to find record and for this reason only am I listing this for sale. Does not have original inner sleeve. Free shipping in USA only. Records are shipped in sturdy cardboard record mailers with the lp shipped outside the sleeve to prevent damage during shipping. All records come with a protective plastic sleeve. Shipping is $4.00 for one record but I can ship up to 4 single records or 2 double albums in the mailer for the same price so take advantage and save on shipping.
