An example of Guns N' Roses' debut album "Appetite For Destruction" on LP. This recording is from 1987 on the Geffen Records label. The original inner lyric sleeve shows the original cover for the album (see pics). 

Please see all pics provided. If you need more, I can send them through eBay messaging. Any questions, ask and I'll get back to you. The condition of the vinyl and cover varies and they grade as follows:

Appetite For Destruction (Matrixes = DMM Sp-1-1 and Sterling hand-scribed on Side 1, and DMM SR3 and Sterling hand-scribed on Side 2). 

Original Inner Lyric Sleeve = VG+ due to 2" splits on all 3 sides. 

Cover =  VG due to small creases on front and along spine edge and small general and ring wear. 

Vinyl = VG+ due to slight surface scratching and sleeve scuffs (there is residue from a price sticker on Side 2 label (see pics)).
