An example of Pearl Jam's album "Vitalogy" on LP. This is the original release from 1994, and made in the USA on the Epic label. Comes with original booklet insert in VG++ condition with no rips, splits, or tears, but has some staining on front cover (see pics). No original inner sleeve, but comes with generic white inner sleeve. Please see all pictures for the condition of the labels. If you need more or have questions, please let me know. The condition of the vinyl and cover varies and they grade as follows:

Vitalogy (Matrix shows 1B/1B and catalog numbers handscribed in).

Generic White Inner Sleeve = Ex+ with no rips, splits, or tears.

Cover = VG++ due to edge, corner, and some general wear.

Vinyl = VG+ due to surface scratches and some slight sleeve scuffing. Still very shiny vinyl!
