CONDITION of VINYL  :   clearly near mint

CONDITION of SLEEVE: Pretty Nice, at least  VG++ if not NM-
very small imperfections,-- slight ring depression on lower front , bottom edge on back has  an inch towards middle right where 2mm edge of paper has been folded over.  otherwise everything else is tip top, all seams and corners lookin great etc. no nicks anywhere...
