Ted Fio Rito recorded this hilarious New Years "best wishes" transcription to tickle his boss at Brunswick Jack Kapp late in 1932.  Starts and finishes with his theme song "Rio Rita".  Fio Rito refers to himself as a "mumser schlemiel", offers joke snippets by the band, and at the finish names Kapp, MacGregor, Sollie and others.   One of a kind one-sided shellac 10" 78 pressed by Columbia.  From the Ken Swerilas collection.
