The Day The Music Died (Australian Collectors Edition 1989 18-track 12” vinyl LP compilation issued thru Hammard-HAM 190). It was February 3rd, 1959 when Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J.P. “The Big Bopper” Richardson died in a plane crash after a performance in Clear Lake, Iowa. This compilation brings together some of the best tracks from all three. Housed in picture sleeve in near mint condition with vinyl LP in near mint condition – rear of jacket has liner notes by Glenn A. Baker

RECORD: New condition with no surface marks or loss of sound quality.

COVER: New condition with no surface marks or wear.

NEAR MINT:

RECORD: Barely noticeable surface mark with no loss of sound quality.

COVER: Barely noticeable surface mark/ wear.

EXCELLENT:

RECORD: The record shows little or no marks (may have a couple of light scuff marks) with very little lessening in sound quality. The labels are clean but may have light writing on it.

COVER: The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD:

RECORD: Obviously been played with noticeable surface marks & the occasional light scratches but exhibits no major loss of sound quality.

COVER: Noticeable wear. Slight writing / stains.

CONDITION: This item is in excellent or mint condition unless stated above.
