Superb VG+ Mono pressing of Freddie Hubbard, Hub-Tones, Blue Note BLP 4115. Solid pressing of this hard to find LP featuring “Van Gelder” stamped into run-out grooves, Plastylite “Ear,” and label with Blue Note Records Inc, New York USA address on both labels.
Cover: VG+. Cover is terrific with bright original gloss on front and clean and bright back. Top right corner and bottom left corner has some edge wear but nothing to distract from its beauty.
LP: VG+. Vinyl looks VG with visible cosmetic scratches (two on Side A) but none of these affect play. Vinyl plays more like VG+, strong and clear without skips jumps or clicks. Beautiful rich full-sounding Van Gelder production intact. See photos for details.
