Signed "J. E Bam" on the front cover in blue pen, only a light marking.
Could be removed if you wanted to go that route.
Has the text "-tho meaningless as it..." on the back cover, slanted compared the rest of the text so this is a post "meaningful" cover. Has the number "4" at the bottom right next to the Columbia guarantee. Side 1 has the mark "XLP110638-1G". Record says "mono" with "360 Sound" on both sides of that word. Red label.
The record does appear to be in good condition but I do not own a record player to test
