Up for sale is this original authentic USA 1966 2nd State mono #3 unpeeled Butcher Cover still in the factory shrink in near mint- condition. I have owned at least 15 2nd state Butcher Covers & this is the best conditioned one i have ever owned. The cover is protected by the factory shrink that was neatly opened on the mouth of the cover. There are no seam splits & 4 square corners. There are 2 factory breath holes on the left side of the front shrink. The paste over slick has a couple of wrinkles on the right side from being applied so quickly at the Capitol Records Scranton PA factory that weekend when all the employees were getting paid overtime. In person you can easily see Ringo's V-neck through the paste over cover. The front cover has no ring wear. The back cover has some yellowing aging on the left side by the mouth of the cover. The matching east coast LP vinyl record is also in near mint- condition with hardly any play wear at all. The labels are also in great shape with just a hint of spindle hole wear. Also included is the original Capitol Records golden rod inner sleeve & a copy of the Captiol Records recall letter backed in linen for protection. This will be double boxed for protection through shipment. Thanks Frank
