An original first pressing of the Patti Smith album "Horses" originally released on Arista Records (AL 4066) in 1975.

Note: Rare First Pressings of this album had the title "Horses" printed in white. Later pressings it was printed in black. Also, original labels correctly lack, "WARNING: Unauthorized reproduction of this recording is prohibited by Federal law and subject to criminal prosecution," under John Cale's producer credit.
Condition: The cover has some light soiling and minor signs of wear and age. Front looks generally clean, lamination still in place and shiny with no significant ring wear. Some signs of aging along edges but seams are nice, no splits. No owner marking. Corners nice, light rubbing, small bump. Very nice example. Grade: VG+ .
The vinyl is in very nice condition, still has much of its original shine with at most a few light, superficial marks and hairlines - nothing serious or deep. Labels are clean. Grade: EX
