Albert Archives chronicles the exploding Australian music scene of the 1960s and 1970s, featuring such trailblazers as The Easybeats, Billy Thorpe & the Aztecs, AC/DC, Stevie Wright, and many many more.
Today a pristine example of this gatefold album could be yours. Although a reissue of the original album on the Albert label, this LP is set apart from other examples as it features the original autographs of Harry Vanda, and the late great George Young. Cover grade: VG+. Some minor scuffing on edges of the cover. No rips or tears to mention. Gatefold has not faded, and still features the vibrant colours it was originally printed with. Vanda's autograph (on the back cover), and Young's autograph (on the inside left gatefold) have been signed in marker and preserved remarkably well. Vinyl: EX. Has not been played in my ownership. Some dust - a wipe down is recommended prior to playing. Some minor wear on the label, but barely noticeable. Examples like these are rare, and getting rarer. This fantastic, unique piece of Australian music history could be yours today - don't let it slip away!
