REVISED VERSION-LORA LEE JANA LYN STEWART-xian private fuzz beatles-LISTEN EX++
LISTEN TO MOST TRACKS HERE : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QwIcnnwsTM
INFO SIGNED BY ALL ME MEMBERS ON BACK REVISED VERSION is essentially the backup band on Lora Lee and Jana Lyn Stewart's Loner Acid XIAN album "have you heard the news" With a few people added to make up this jesus friendly pop rock vocal group. These guys recorded at thesame studio as Have you heard the news.. most likely around the same time and sessions as doing the Stewarts LP. Among the gems, I'll describe some : A cover of Larry Norman's Classic "i wish we'd all been ready" wherein they create a nice moody nod back to the Stewart's record, teasing with vibrato fuzz and the echo plex shows up once more. They tackle O happy day and do it good, and it's garage soul sounding, surprisingly groovy full of solid harmony ! They go on and do a Beatles cover "let it be" .. solid unique take on the album and then the version gets gutteral as Mark Teeple, that kid broke the fuzz box out of the closet and steps into mix with his unique sputtering acid face injections. Things get wobbly on "put your hand in the hand", a sloppy broken break beat starts in, followed by a drunken bassline, into double timed drums, a fabulous manic version.Look closely at the cover - the name of the group , could refer to the weirdo morphing trick the singers seem to pull off , going from the Gal on the far left to the guy in the middle and finally the 3rd guy who seems to be a mixture of the gal and the tallest dude. FREAKY. Just like their outfits. AUDIO CLIPS TO COME ! TRACKS : put your hand in the hand one more day i've got confidence i wish we'd all been ready o happy day rise and shine let it be jesus made me higher redemption draweth nigh never too much to bear pass it on i know * ********************************************************
