This is a very rare and hard to find northern soul funk 45 record by McKinley Mitchell titled "Party Across The Hall" and backed with "She's Married Already". This is on the Black Beauty record label #301. Condition of the record is mint minus with clean labels and has never been played. This is old store stock that we bought many years ago and we discovered this gem in our warehouse storage. This is guarenteed to be an original and not a reproduction.
