The below grading is very conservative and fair. Visually and play graded 
FRONT COVER A small triangle rip by the lip, otherwise VG+ condition with  No fading, splits, warping or spine wear 
BACK COVER Has the number 31 written in pen ( top left) - name stamped by orig. owner ( top mid) - No seam tape or splits - some scuffs marks as shown in pics

LP SIDE 1 VG++ condition with no signs of heavy use or visual defects - clean, glossy vinyl - see pics - Label in excellent condition SIDE 2 A few very superficial scratches otherwise excellent condition - Owner name stamped on label
