Up for bid is this classic Beatles double album simply called The BEATLES A.K.A. The White Album released in 1968. This particular variant is the much later 1973/ 1974 scarce Winchester pressing with MFD BY APPLE RECORDS, INC on Sides 2 & 4. Much of the Capitol catalog with these labels was short lived for about a year, and very tough to come by in any condition. This one up for bid the vinyl on both albums are in excellent condition maybe close to NM with NM labels, The cover is in excellent condition as well with some toning and mellowing on upper right hand corner on the front and some on the inside of he jacket as well, no seams, splits or spine wear whatsoever, and the cover is embossed and retains most of it’s white luster. It comes with all 4 pics that are the more flimsy stock paper, and the laminated poster, all in excellent condition too! A rifle on the trail off area on both albums indicates a Winchester pressing. So if you’re looking for this scarce pressing of this classic double album to complete your White Album collection, look no further!
