Due to a future downsizing the time has come for me to sell 90% of my vast collection that has been put together the last 46 years. Its going to be a slow process over the next two years and will include some extremely rare items.

Up for sale in this listing is the extremely rare private pressing Rocket Records 1977 charity release single called "The Goaldiggers Song". Its backed with Elton in conversation with Eric Morecambe, Jimmy Hill and Brian Moore. As you can imagine there is some comedy involved in that conversation.

The single was released to raise funds for the Goaldiggers charity which Elton was the patron of.

Just 500 were ever issued making it very rare and elusive from most fans collections. Of the 500 around 250 were given away by writing off and sending in £ 5 and the other 250 were sold at a charity dinner function and these 250 were signed.

So available in this listing is the even rarer signed version.

Comes in mint unplayed condition.
