Please take note of these two very important and often misunderstood points:

1. I do not adjust shipping charges if a 'make offer is submitted and accepted.

  2. I do not refund shipping overages when a buyer purchases multiple items and pays for them without giving me the opportunity to adjust the shipping BEFORE payment is made ..
