This is the special deluxe version that comes with the wall flag and the limited (to 300) white vinyl. There is a outer sleeve as well that is numbered on the back.
Please know that when they folded the white outer sleeve, they did it poorly so it doesn't cover the record as it should (see pics). There is a very minor seam split on the side of the record jacket as well.
