This is a Lucy Ann Polk 1950's-early 60's jazz vocal mono LP record titled "Easy Livin'". This is on the Interlude record label #MO 504. Condition of the record on this rare album is very good plus with clean labels. The  glossy cover is good with water damage to the slick making ripples along the opening edge and top & bottom corners. There is some light staining on the back cover along the spine. This came from a collection we bought many years ago and has been in our collection until now. We have listed a few more albums from this collection on ebay at this time. There are no splits, tears, stickers, writing or cut out holes to the cover. This is a very nice scarce and hard to find record to add to your collection! Please see 2 photos!
