I grade records visually and try to be conservative

I usually add comments relating to the amount and degree of scuffs and scratches,wear and often play grading    If I detect a warp I will add to the description

NM/VG++ or EX/VG+/VG/VG-/VG--/G+/G  

My ebay handling time is set at 5 business days which does not include weekends.Most items are shipped out within several days.Sometimes it can take longer if I am out of town buying or have a lot of mail to process

after I print the shipping label a tracking number will be uploaded to ebay and an automated e-mail sent out

If satisfied with the record leave positive feedback and it will be returned

If there are any problems please contact me to resolve

If purchasing multiple items including my older listings or orders over $100.00 please wait for the invoice or request total to get the correct shipping amount

International orders that weigh over 4 lbs must ship priority

Domestic orders over $100 including shipping have Shipsaver third party insurance added to the invoice at $1.00 per S100.00

Orders to countries with no Delcon tracking service for over $100.00 may require registered mail at $13.50 extra

Orders to countries with Delcon tracking service for over $250.00 may require registered mail at $13.50 extra

International first class mail may take 5 days to over a month to arrive

International Insurance claims can be filed after 45 days up to 60 days

Domestic claims can be filed after 21 days 

A signed statement will be required by the buyer
