The jacket is in nice condition with no splits, bends, cuts or promo holes.  The original plastic outer bag is completely intact with no rips or tears. There are two hype stickers on the front.  The first reads "Half Speed Mastered - Super High Fidelity - Limited Edition", and the second one reads "Audiophile".  It has been packed away in a box for decades in my non-smoking home.
