Country: Released: Notes First issue. On label side 1, Shine On You Crazy Diamond Part 5 is credited to "Waters-Gilmour-Wright" (later have "Waters" only). Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-3 comes with die cut inner sleeve with the top two corners and bottom left corner cropped at an angle (looking from the red veil blowing in the wind side, see pic).
Opening on the top back with a nine inch notch in the center where the record is inserted. Labels:
