Record is in good condition with a few minor cosmetic marks/scratches but no major scratches noted.  Only visual inspection has taken place as I am unable to play the vinyl. The sleeve has some wear to the edges/corners and has slight ring mark showing but is overall in good clean condition.   Everything in this listing is exactly as pictured so please check you are happy.
All the records I am listing come from my brother's extensive personal record collection which he compiled from the earlier 1980's until around 2010 when he fell ill.  

 Please check my other listings as I am currently in the process of a huge house clearance following a crisis with a family member.  As such I will be listing a huge amount of items over the coming month(s) and I would appreciate my brother's things including his extensive collections (music in particular) to go to owners who will love them as much as he did!
