Descriptions: We want to grade our raw books in such a way that you know what you are getting, with that said, grading can be subjective within certain grade ranges unless it’s CGC slabbed or professionally graded. We try to list all defects as we see them.

Payment: We accept payment through PayPal.

Shipping: We ship securely in a comic box and will be fully insured. All orders are sent well protected to ensure safe arrival in the condition it left us. Signature is required on high dollar items.

Combined (Domestic) Shipping: We combine most shipments to help you save on shipping costs. Third party graded and raw books are generally not combined since they have different shipping tiers. Thus, you may be charged a separate shipping fee if you purchase both third party graded and raw comics.

Returns: We accept returns on comics. We rarely do partial refunds, so the book may need to be returned to us before the refund can be processed. However, on occasion, we may be able come to an amicable agreement without you needing to go through the return process. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order. Please note: for third party graded comics (such as CGC & PGX), we do not offer a Money Back Guarantee if you disagree with the condition of the book, but we are here for you if the item was damaged in transit.
