The disk is bright and shiny no scratches that I can see and paper labels look super. The "dust" only shows up in the pictures on vinyl. The Sleeve has it's plastic cover, but it torn in places and small place on back missing. But helped to protect sleeve (see enlarged pictures). $6.00 priority mail shipping.
