This is a beautiful and EXTREMELY rare original 1954 copy of “Leadbelly’s Sinful Songs” (Allegro Elite 4027 Mono). This is an undocumented mispressing that I believe may be one-of-a-kind or one of only very few to exist. The labels on this record were mixed up; The side A label was wrongly applied to side B, and vice versa. To my knowledge, no other copies have surfaced with this label error.

Vinyl is stunning with great shine. There are a few light hairlines (nothing feelable). Playback is very clean with absolutely NO pops or skips. Only minor infrequent background crackles and ticks. A great VG+ listen and extremely hard to find in this condition.

The cover is beautiful. Very minor ringwear. No seam or spine splits. There are some light check marks in pen on the back cover next to some of the releases on the checklist.
