Side B: SRM-1-4021-B-RE-2-K (SRM-1-4021) <-> MASTERDISK HW D-1
VISUAL grading under bright light: Vinyl: VG+ (A few spots of possible wear, a couple long scuffs or light scratches on side B)
Sleeve: VG (Creases on front and back, upper right corner somewhat warped.)
