Deep Purple announce the new studio album Whoosh !, the sequel to their acclaimed latest album inFinite of 2017 and NOW What ?! of 2013. After the suspense and speculation among fans created by the cryptic messages and interviews released by singer Ian Gillan last December, the band has finally confirmed the release date of the 21st album, scheduled for August 7th. For the third time, Deep Purple collaborated with producer Bob Ezrin, who invited the band to Nashville to write and record the songs. Together they created the most versatile album of their collaboration. The band "opened in all directions" without limitations, leaving their creativity free.
