I have taken many photos of the label  Also the Matrix  which is on this record is written: FCD - 8282 - A  FRm / FCD - 8282

I will try to add a soundclip in a few days. A general visual grading included below:

Sound Grading:
SIDE A: VG/VG+ (Clear Vocals with light surface sound/  light ticks for 11 secs , Great Sound & Production !!)

SIDE B:   VG/VG+ ( Contains  light surface surface sound !!)

My visual Grading would be:
VG
VINYL HAS SOME LIGHT VISIBLE SURFACE MARKS
Side A has a small spot on grooves causing a few light ticks 
* VINYL HAS A LIGHT STORAGE WARP, NOT AFFECTING PLAY
LABELS HAVE DISCOLORATION ON B SIDE & SOME WRITING
