This three and last Hendrix album at the same time considered crucial in rock history. Shortly before Hendrix death in 1970 this album hit the top of the US  best-selling albums list just days after it's release. The NY studio where the album was recorded has been called Electric Ladyland  in honor of this album! Jimi creativity, ingenuity, experimentation and perfectionism (for example recording the song 'Gypsy Eyes' with a Mitch Mitchell drummer more than 50 times! and then Jimi stated that he was happy with the result) made the album a legend. All the long a Watchtower wrote from Bob Dylan this one of best rock and roll song which heard rather everyone. These are 2 LP full of the genious of Hendrix but also others members of the 'Electric Ladyland' band - Mitch Mitchell and Noel Redding and also perfectly compementing this album others musicans, for example Mike Finnegan (organs), Chris Wood (flute), Buddy Miles  (percussion) and Freddy Lee Smith and his great saxophone parts.

Famous controvensial cover with nineteen naked women on a black background - contrary to appearances this is a project that Jimi himself did not like! Musican really wanted to use his photo taken by Linda Eastman (Paul McCartney's wife) in the sculpture 'Alice in Wonderland' decorating London Hyde Park. However the record company ignored Hendrix wishes and offered random street women a few dollars in exchange for permission to pose for a photo. Although musican did not agree to release of the album with a controversial cover. the label still decided to. Shortly after album release its sale was banned in many stories and the label had to repleace the cover photo with a blurred photo of Hendrix from the concert. Only UK presses this album keept controversial cover with naked women.

The album comes from my collection. I once managed to buy vinyls on the stock exchange in a condition as you can see, and I personally listened to these records only a few times for fear of scratching.
There are a number of supporters among vinyl collectors who believe that Electric Ladyland with these die numbers is the best for record durability. I don't want to comment on it because I don't have a comparison. However, I have to admit that the condition of the discs is perfect and the sound too.

VISUALLY GRADE RECORDS: No scratches, scratches or other defects. On both lp you can see only a few small scratches under the light, probably caused by pulling the discs out of the case. Visually it is really great as you can see very precisely in the pictures. I can boldly evaluate both LPs on NM

SOUND GRADING: Due to the visual condition, you can already guess that the sound condition is perfect. There are no clicks, noises, noises or jumps anywhere. When you listen to an entire album, you can only pick up single tiny static clicks, but you really have to listen hard. The sound is excellent and you can safely judge on NM or even M-

COVER GRADING: cover as in the photos. Full laminate. still shining. it is kept as new. Without any scratches, scratches, creases, dirt or inscriptions. Mint condition!

NOTE!!!
I SENT TO ONLY Europe and North America (US and Canada) and Asia and Australia.
I don't ship to South America,  Africa (If you are one of there places and you want to buy from me anything, you will write me).
