a lot of the records in this lot are on the VG/Good+/Fair side, that is to say, a majority of the stuff is a bit beat and needs some tender loving care and a good deep cleaning. Some of the labels are pristine, some have writing and some have some damage.
However, there are quite a few  in this lot that fall under the VG+ or better banner. 
Most of the records have never been played, so I know not what state they are actually in beyond the visual grade;this is an "as is" sort-of-deal here.
