I had the extreme good fortune to have served as legendary jazz drummer Joe Morello's assistant and drum technician for many years. I was also the editor of his wonderful book, Master Studies II.
Up for sale is a vintage copy of Elvis Presley's debut album. It is RCA Victor LPM-1254. This album was part of Joe Morello's record collection.
Cover shows some discoloration, stains and wear. A price and a number with a circle is written in the upper left corner of the back cover.
There is some glue residue on the upper left corner of the front cover. The inner sleeve is torn. A few scratches on both sides of the album. I tried to show most of them in the photos.
There is a slight warp on one part of the record. I am not a record expert and make no attempt to grade this album. I have not played the record.
