The second Downliners Sect album has always confused the uninitiated because of its title and cover that resembles the one from the first album. "The country  set" album has a not only country character as like in called but you can hear there more elements of folk and blues. The  band played country music such as "Ballad of the Hounds" and "Wolverton Mountain," but also branches into folkier sounds on "Hard Travellin'" (done in country style, but known best in the early '60s as a folk standard) and even brushes up against protest music on "Little Play Soldiers," but the big surprise comes with gospel numbers like "Wait for the Light to Shine" and "Waiting in Heaven. The country blues here represented by the scintillating five-minute-long "Rock in My Bed" -- is pretty intense, especially for five white English guys, and shows some blues chops that weren't on the debut album.

Record grading: The album has only superficial scratches, there are no deep scratches. The album is well-kept for 63 years! There are no jumps, no glitches, only you can hear static clicks in some places. I think I can honestly judge the album between VG + and EX
Cover grading:
Overall, I rate it on VG No scratches (only on the left side of the front cover), no scratches, no tears. The corners of the cover are slightly worn, as can be seen in the photos. The front cover has retained the laminate. Back cover looks decent. The only small defect is dirt, which can be seen in several places (see photos).
