Third stereo record variation (STEREO.) ( is printed on the front cover, bottom right side.) has an all black label with silver print and the large VJ logo with left justified artist-only credits. Its trail off areas include the following hand etched markings: the matrix number 64-3852 on Side 1 and 64-3853 on Side 2; the job number 6295 on Side 1 and 6295X on Side 2; and “URJ” on both sides. Both sides also contain the machine stamped Audio Matrix logo. MR logo is scratched so that it can not be read. This record was pressed from metal parts that were previously used by Monarch Records. The album is also known for a mistake in the liner notes: "It is with a good deal of pride and pleasure that this (copulation.) has been presented"—presumably "copulation" should have been "compilation". (In confirming the matter, Snopes.com noted that "copulation" was appropriate, since the makers of the album were "trying to screw the fans out of their money.") The album, however, was significant in that, until the release of the Beatles' 1973 compilation album, The Beatles/1962-1966, Jolly What! was the only American Beatles album to include "From Me to You". This album was purchased by myself from the S.S. Kresge's Store back in the early 60's, I had also purchased Introducing The Beatles at the same time, both LPS shown the all black label with silver print. So to those of you who are saying it's a counterfeit, I say HOGWASH, maybe it's just another one of VEE JAY Records ideas to make more money off the Beatles. As far as I am concerned it's as real as it gets. As with all Vee-Jay Beatles released, collectors are treated and /or tormented with several mono and stereo record label variations. May be considered a reissue,  reprint, or counterfeit,  I don't believe it to be a counterfeit just because someone claims to be an expert, I still believe that it was maybe a ploy to make money by the record company. No matter what the results are, I believe that it's still a piece of Beatle history, reissue or what ever you want to call it, it's still history.
