"Black Sabbath - Vol. 4" vinyl LP. Gatefold. Based on the labels, probably a reissue from 1978 or later.
I do my best to identify the pressing & grade conservatively, but am not an expert. Please view the pictures, read the description, & ask questions if you have any.

VISUAL grading under bright light: Vinyl: VG+ (A couple areas show some wear, but very few marks/scuffs) Sleeve: VG+ (Some small creases on edges, wear at ends of spine, mild top ring impression on back. Note the bottom has come unglued, not split.)
