We do our best to pack all of our items carefully with bubble wrap and padding. Despite our best efforts the post office sometimes damages items. We offer free insurance on items $100 or over or if sent priority mail. If you would like to add insurance for purchases under $100 please let us know. We request that the buyer file any insurance claims as the post office may want to inspect the item
