Wide spine, mono cover.
Original cutout and psych sleeve included. Side one has few non feel-able hairline scratches / scuffs and paper insertion marks Side two has a few paper insertion marks and hairline scratches. I tested the album and there are no skips or jumps, just normal crackles and pops.
Overall sounds very good.
