For some reason, this is the only CBS half speed that was serial numbered. This particular copy is serial number 13264.

The upper left corner has a large bend mark, but no splits or tears. The record is in beautiful condition with no marks or scratches. There are no spindle marks on the labels. Included is a hand typed triple page lyric sheet.
