This set is brand new and has never been opened but the original shrink wrap got torn on the bottom from being moved around and the outer slip cover that goes over the box got a small tear in the bottom left corner (shown in pictures). It has been resealed in new shrink wrap but there is the little tear in the slip cover. All the contents inside the box have never been touched. If you have never seen one of these sets the slipcover that I am talking about is just a thin cardboard protective cover slid over the box showing what is included (most people probably throw them away once they open the box set.
